Six Flags Magic Mountain is known as the “Thrill Capital of the World,” the 260-acre theme park features 19 world-class roller coasters and over 100 rides, games, and attractions for the entire family and was voted by USA TODAY readers as America’s Best Theme Park.
West Coast Racers, the world’s first single track quadruple launch racing coaster is now open. Unlike traditional coasters, this one-of-a-kind racing coaster features two side-by-side tracks with four individual high-speed launches. The race covers two complete laps, multiple airtime hills, extreme high-banked turns, and exhilarating over/under near misses. A highlight of the ride is an immersive real-time “pit stop” designed and produced by world-famous West Coast Customs that provides riders with a racing experience unlike any other.
CraZanity, standing at a record-breaking 17-stories in the air, debuted in 2018 and reaches speeds up to 75-miles-per-hour, as it whips back and forth—higher and higher giving riders a staggering view of the world below them. It’s a mash-up of craziness and fun in the newly themed Boardwalk area with renovated attractions including enhanced bumper cars and games.
Among the park’s world-class roller coasters and thrill rides are Twisted Colossus, the world’s longest hybrid coaster; Full Throttle, the world’s tallest and fastest looping coaster; LEX LUTHOR: Drop of Doom, one of the world’s tallest vertical drop ride; Tatsu, the tallest, fastest and longest flying coaster on Earth; and much more.
