Park Services

We want to make sure you have a great day at Six Flags White Water. That’s why we offer everything, from lockers and drinking fountains to telephones and ATMs, throughout the park. Use the guide below to see where you’ll find these helpful services.

Six Flags White Water Now Accepts Card and Mobile Payments Only!

Making your Guest experience better than ever, Six Flags White Water introduces Card and Mobile Payments: A new, safer and faster way to pay at the park! To improve our speed of service, the park will accept card and mobile payments only at all in-park locations including restaurants, retail stores, ticket windows, and parking toll booths.

Switching to card and mobile payments means you have more options! You can either pay for purchases using a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ApplePay, Google Pay or a debit card.

Only have cash? No problem! You can convert your cash to a prepaid debit card at one of our multiple kiosks located throughout the park. And, the prepaid debit card can be used in the park and anywhere in the U.S. where VISA is accepted.

Cash-to-a-card kiosks are located at:

o Ticket Windows/Entry Gate
o Wave Pool Deck
o Treasure Chest

We are excited to offer you this new payment option and as always, we encourage you to pre-purchase your parking, tickets and more online before visiting the park.

BABY CARE
Space for baby changing is provided in most restrooms. A private area for nursing mothers is located in First Aid.

CABANA RENTAL
Cabana rental at Six Flags White Water ensures that you and your party have a way to escape the hot rays of the sun. Relax in your own private area with table, chairs, inner tubes, and private food service. Find the package that’s right for your group.

FIRST AID
Our first aid center, located near Typhoon Twister, is staffed by certified Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics.

LOCKERS
Guests may rent lockers each day they visit the Park. The cost is $15, $18 and $20. Subject to availability. Lockers may not be reserved in advance. All items must be removed from lockers at the end of your visit.

LOST AND FOUND
Lose something? It may have already been found! Claim or report your lost items at Lost and Found located at Guest Relations near the main gate. Ride attendants cannot be responsible for articles left on ride platforms. Please secure all loose articles before boarding. Six Flags White Water is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items. Items will be retrieved from the bottom of pools and kept at Lost and Found.

RESTROOMS & DRINKING FOUNTAINS
Restrooms and drinking fountains are located throughout the park.

We welcome guests with special needs and we want to make their visit a comfortable and memorable one. Guests with disabilities who require the assistance of a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in order to enjoy equal access to the park may request that Six Flags White Water waive the cost of admission for their PCA. After you purchase your tickets, please visit Guest Relations and ask any of our Hosts or Hostesses for a “PCA Reasonable Accommodation Request Form”.
